Christine has practised as a law clerk specializing in plaintiff personal injury since 1982. Her career commenced with a plaintiff personal injury law firm and expanded with the establishment of her own consulting firm. She added insurance defence litigation to her portfolio when she joined Malach + Fidler in 1997.

In 1982, Christine graduated from Carleton University, earning a Bachelor of Journalism, First Class Honours. She pursued related training at the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and acquired certificates in Estates and Corporate Law. She obtained additional certificates - in Mediation and Advanced Dispute Resolution - from Seneca College. She is currently enrolled in the Chartered Insurance Professional Program offered by the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Christine has participated in many continuing legal education seminars offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. She has represented applicants in numerous mediations at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. In addition to this, she has assisted senior counsel in many arbitrations and trials, as well as in several proceedings before the Ontario Court of Appeal.
